When Can You Return?

We accept returns and exchanges only if:

• Your order arrived damaged in transit
• You received an incorrect product

Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

• A package is lost in transit when shipped by us
• Pink Jewellers is unable to provide a replacement

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 7 working days.

No Returns or Refunds For

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
• Failed delivery due to unavailability or package refusal
• Sizing concerns — please WhatsApp us before ordering
• Minor colour or design variation natural to handcrafted, natural-stone jewellery
• Products returned used, worn, or without original packaging
• Items that are neither damaged nor incorrectly shipped

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of placement and before dispatch — whichever comes first. Cancellations within this window are issued as store credits. After 3 days, a 30% cancellation fee applies and the balance is issued as store credits valid for 1 year. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom pieces are made especially for you. Cancellations or changes are considered only within 3 days of order placement — WhatsApp us at +91 93286 51249. A 30% cancellation fee applies after this window. If there is no response for over 1 month, the full advance paid will be forfeited.

Store Purchases

Products collected directly from our Khambhat or Ahmedabad store are not eligible for return or exchange after collection.

• Cash on Delivery: ₹150 flat shipping charge

Orders are delivered within 4–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Timelines may vary slightly based on destination and parcel weight.
