Welcome to Pink Jewellers. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General

These terms apply to all visitors and customers of Pink Jewellers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products

All jewellery is handcrafted and may have slight variations in colour, texture, or finish — this is a natural characteristic of handmade pieces and not a defect. Product images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Payment

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We accept prepaid payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–5 business days after dispatch. Pink Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@pinkjewellers.in with your order details.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, product descriptions, and copy — is the property of Pink Jewellers and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pink Jewellers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
