Returns & Exchange Policy

Pink Jewellers was built on one belief — that real jewellery should feel like it was made for you, because it was. Each piece leaves our workshop carrying the fingerprints of the artisan who made it. No two pieces are identical, and that is exactly the point.

When Can You Return?

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

     
  • Your order arrived damaged in transit
  •  
  • You received an incorrect product

All return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

How to Raise a Return

     
  1. WhatsApp or call us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  3. Share a clear photograph of the product and packaging.
  4.  
  5. Our quality team will review and approve or decline the request.
  6.  
  7. Once approved, we will guide you on the return method. Exchange process takes 10–15 days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

     
  • Package lost in transit when shipped by us
  •  
  • Pink Jewellers is unable to provide a replacement

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 7 working days.

No Returns or Refunds For

     
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
  •  
  • Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability or package refusal
  •  
  • Sizing issues — please check our size guide or WhatsApp us before ordering
  •  
  • Minor colour or design variation — inherent to handcrafted, natural-stone jewellery
  •  
  • Products returned used, worn, or without original packaging
  •  
  • Items that are not damaged or incorrectly shipped

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of placement and before dispatch — whichever comes first. Cancelled orders within this window will be issued as store credits. Post 3 days, a 30% cancellation fee applies and the remaining amount is issued as store credits valid for 1 year. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Our handcrafted and custom pieces are made especially for you. Cancellations, alterations, or changes are considered only within 3 days of order placement — email us at hello@pinkjewellers.in. A 30% cancellation fee applies on all cancellations post this window. After 1 month of no response, the full advance paid will be forfeited.

Store Purchases

Products picked up directly from our Khambhat or Ahmedabad store are not eligible for return or exchange after collection.
