Founded in Gujarat as a manufacturing workshop. From day one, every design was sketched, developed, and hand-finished by our own artisans — our piece, our design, our hands.
2000s — Trusted by the Trade
Our in-house designs reached established brands and bridal collections across India — original pieces, created entirely within our workshop, trusted on reputation alone.
2010–2025 — Our Own Design Language
We stopped only executing briefs and began building a full library of original, in-house designs — every motif, setting, and silhouette developed by our own design team, rooted in tradition and refined over years.

Returns & Exchange
Every piece from Pink Jewellers is handcrafted with care. Because of the nature of handmade jewellery, we have a limited returns policy — please read it carefully before placing your order.
When Can You Return?
We accept returns and exchanges only if:
- Your order arrived damaged in transit
- You received an incorrect product
Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

- Our team will review and respond to your request
- Once approved, we'll guide you through the process — exchanges take 10–15 days
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:
- A package is lost in transit when shipped by us
- Pink Jewellers is unable to provide a replacement
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 7 working days.
No Returns or Refunds For
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
- Failed delivery due to unavailability or package refusal
- Sizing concerns — please WhatsApp us before ordering
- Minor colour or design variation natural to handcrafted, natural-stone jewellery
- Products returned used, worn, or without original packaging
- Items that are neither damaged nor incorrectly shipped
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of placement and before dispatch — whichever comes first. Cancellations within this window are issued as store credits. After 3 days, a 30% cancellation fee applies and the balance is issued as store credits valid for 1 year. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom pieces are made especially for you. Cancellations or changes are considered only within 3 days of order placement — WhatsApp us at +91 93286 51249. A 30% cancellation fee applies after this window. If there is no response for over 1 month, the full advance paid will be forfeited.
Store Purchases
Products collected directly from our Khambhat or Ahmedabad store are not eligible for return or exchange after collection.
